This is the original image... This is my surrealist landscape.  I added 3 cupcakes, 1 French bulldog, 1 rose,1 donut, 1 star, and 1 UNICORN!!!  I made the "lake" rainbow and tried to make all of my items sort of hidden.  I just wanted to experiment with the occupies.  I had so much fun creating this and I hope I can do this again!

This is the original photo... This is the final product.  I initially liked the idea of this assignment, but I wasn't pleased with the final result.  In the picture, you can't see the mouth or eyes very well and the collar is way too big.  I tried to shade the dogs body, but you can't really tell.  I think the problem was that there was too much grass in the background and it kind of took over.  I should have added some flowers so the grass isn't so green.

This is the final product.  First, I used the paintbrush tool to digitally paint the flower.   Then I used the smudge tool for a watercolor kind of effect.  For the center, I used the paintbrush tool again to create dots (to look similar to the original)  like in the post impressionist pieces.  Finally, I used the burn tool to add some shading.  Then I deleted the background and saved it as a JPEG. This is the final product.  I tried go make something similar to some other paintings by Andy Warhol.  I tried to combine two unkie colors and put them next to each other.  I think the top two are OK but, the bottom two loses the picture of my dog because the colors are darker.  But I really enjoyed doing this assignment.
